Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Job Profile

  • Responsible for manage the purchasing of Raw & Packaging Material to obtain competitive prices and quality
    products required, on time to meet the production need and on time delivery.
  • Responsible in developing Supply Chain SOPs and practices to further enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Responsible on supplier validation as per the requirements by the Audit Committee and the guidelines given by
    QA by drafting, negotiating and placing supplier contracts.
  • Closely work with QA & QC departments on vendor master, vendor qualification and on the Specification Master
    for the items and review quarterly
  • Responsible in preparing Quarterly Vendor Scorecard Report, Cash Flow Forecast Report, GIT report, Market Valuation vs Stock Valuation Report, Monthly Supply Chain Quality Performance and Landed Costing of
  • Ensure preparing Supply Chain process charts and reviewing quarterly for benchmarking and improvements.
  • Work on Supply Chain functions related to contract manufacturing & NPD while working closely with NPD and
    Strategic alliance team.
  • Responsible for support sourcing activities for chemicals and other consumables.

Applicant Profile

  • Candidate should possess B.Sc. in Supply Chain / Business Management Degree or a similar professional
    qualification from a recognized University or an Institute.
  • A professional Qualification in Finance or having an MBA would be an added advantage
  • 5-6 Years overall work experience in a similar capacity / healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, people management and communication skills to work along with multiple stakeholders across the business with strong learning agility
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and minimum supervision.
