- Attend to call phone calls, emails. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Our Requirement :
- 1+ years work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant or a office assistant role.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Sinhala).
- Proficiency in MS Office A/L passed or any other relevant qualification would be an added advantage.
