HNB Assurance PLC is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following vacancy:
Call Centre Associate
- Handle all inbound calls of Life insurance customers effectively and provide first contact resolution to all inquiries.
- Properly follow up the inquiries and ensure to give feedback to the customers whenever required.
- Understand, analyze customer complaints, take proper actions and drive towards resolution within the stipulated service levels.
- Accurately track all the inquiries, requests and complaints received from the customers.
- Maintain the service level and other service standards of the inbound Call Centre and ensure high quality service to all the customers consistently.
- Cross sell and up sell products / services to the customers.
- Report the performance of the inbound Call Centre on weekly and monthly basis to the management.
- Drive the initiatives / special projects related to the customer service department.
- Passed G.C.E A/L.
- Passing the Insurance Foundation Certificate course will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 01 – 02 years’ experience in the similar field.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English. Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
