Desired Experience and skills:
- Have a good command in Sinhala, Tamil and English languages.
- Be a confident communicator! You should be able to speak in a clear and professional manner under any situation.
- Be outgoing and positive, with a “can do!” attitude.
- Have a genuine passion for Customer Service.
- Have some previous experience working in a Call Centre – this will be a definite advantage!
- School leavers who excelled in both academics and sports are encouraged to apply
