We are seeking for young and dynamic individuals with high career aspirations to join us as Customer Care Executives for Abans Electronic Service Centers at Dalugama (Kelaniya).

The Role

As a Customer Care Executive, you need to provide necessary product information and support our customers with regard to the service of Electronic items at our service Centers. You must ensure accuracy, efficiency, excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.

The Requirements

  • G. C. E (A/L)
  • Familiar with computerized/ online systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate well in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil is mandatory.
  • Should be customer orientated and able to work with a diverse range of customers.
  • Candidates residing close to Kelaniya or Seeduwa are preferred.
