We are looking for a dynamic individual with career aspiration to join with our E Commerce Team.
- Handling customers’ complaints, orders, inquiries via calls and emails.
- Making arrangements for product delivery after the confirmation of availability.
- Handling customers’ refunds, replacements & provide other after-sales services.
- Arrange quotations on requirements and follow up till completion.
- Maintain zero complaints on all customer inquiries.
- AC installation Jobs to be followed up till completion.
- Coordination with customer care team and Courier teams.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala and good phone etiquette are absolute musts. (Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Degree/Professional Qualification from a recognized university/institute will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
