Job Description

from real estate and engineering to retail, finance and IT Solutions, which aim to enhance the lives of Sri Lankan
citizens.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with career aspiration to join with our E Commerce Team.

JOB ROLE

  • Handling customers’ complaints, orders, inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Making arrangements for product delivery after the confirmation of availability.
  • Handling customers’ refunds, replacements & provide other after-sales services.
  • Arrange quotations on requirements and follow up till completion.
  • Maintain zero complaints on all customer inquiries.
  • AC installation Jobs to be followed up till completion.
  • Coordination with customer care team and Courier teams.

JOB REQUIRNMENT

  • Fluency in English and Sinhala and good phone etiquette are absolute musts. (Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Degree/Professional Qualification from a recognized university/institute will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
