Customer Service Assistant – (Head Office – Colombo 10)

JOB ROLE

  • As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible to:
  • Assisting customers remotely in a quandary situation.
  • Provide a speedier and efficient service to our valued clients exceeding their expectations.
  • Assist customers with inquires.
  • Building & maintain effective customer relationship
  • Data Base Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successful completion of GCE A/L Examination
  • Pleasant personality with an excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to work under pressure.
