The successful candidate is expected to carryout the duties in the life contact center handling all internal and customer queries specially related to life insurance products mainly via telephone. You may also require to enter data to the system in related to the contact center functions.
Person to be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
- 3 Passes in G.C.E. A/Ls or any Diploma certificate from a recognised institute.
- Working experience in call center/tele marketing will an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness and ability to work on Shift basis.
- Voice clarity & courtesy and listening skills with service oriented mindset.
- A team player with dynamic personality and positive attitude.
- Good Communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages. (Trilingual ability will be rewarded).
Ensure collection of Premiums from I* Policy Based assigned monthly, activation of direct payment methods for the customer base, Welcome the new policy holders of Union Assurance to the Organization via Telephone and accomplish all assigned duties and responsibilities to support the achievement of Departments Objective while maintaining the set Service Standards of the Organization / Division.
