Call Center Customer Relations Executive


  • Handle all customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction


  • Age between 22-30
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Ability to work with a team
