EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SERVICE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Branch customer handling and adhering to the company customer greeting requirements
  • Customer documents and cash handling
  • Adhering to respective department and audit requirements
  • Branch payments receipting and adhering to the audit requirement
  • Keeping a track of new products and service
  • Maintaining monthly and weekly customer data
