Executive – Customer Service
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and ensure all customers are given excellent service and support in order to maintain the high standard for customer satisfaction which is the key to success of the company.
- End-customer, contact centers and other stakeholders inquiries / requests & issues handling
- Operations support & readiness management
- Membership/ user registrations management
- Monitoring & reporting
Working hours – roster basis
Overtime – applicable (beyond working hours)
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Ability to solve problems, as well as to listen, understand the needs/ concern of customers
- Passed the G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office packages
- Minimum 01 year experience in similar role would be an added advantage
