Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
  • Develop strategy and implement the service model to support delivery of consultative talent acquisition services for full cycle recruiting
  • Have a good understanding with course coordinators/candidates in attracting Interns and hire the right talent from Universities/Institutes
  • Conduct Employer Branding programs with Universities/Institutes
  • Prepare job advertisements
  • Enhance the recruitment process by soliciting feedback from all stakeholders Guide and educate stakeholders on process, policies and programs that support the talent acquisition efforts
  • Support, plan and actively advocate diversity goals, programs, and initiatives

Requirements

  • BSc specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Having a candidate pipeline/database of resumes which are readily available
  • Understands the importance of a great candidate experience and models that behavior
  • Passion for recruiting and often goes “the extra step” to ensure the best possible result for both the candidate and internal clients
