Who are we looking for?


Job Role:

  • Act as the ‘face’ of DIMO and manage all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate all front desk activities including, calls, reservations and arrival & departure of guests while working harmoniously with all departments.

Job Requirements:

  • G.C.E Advanced Level qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent command of English, Sinhala and/ or Tamil languages
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and customer-oriented attitude is essential
