DESIGNATION:HR INTERN – TALENT ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT / EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (6 MONTHS)
COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED / CBL EXPORTS (PVT) LTD
LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA/AWISSAWELLA

Attached to HR, this internship will provide you with the opportunity to experience the practical aspects of Talent Acquisition & Development and Employee Relations.

ROLE PROFILE

  1. Talent Acquisition and Development
    • Assist the employee on-boarding process by scheduling and coordinating the interviews
    • Update recruitment database and employee referral database
    • Organize induction programs for new recruits with key resource personnel
    • Coordinate local and foreign training programs and assist the training payments process
    • Maintain the training and development database by updating the monthly statistics
  2. Employee Relations
    • Assist the manpower recruitment and retention process
    • Maintain a desirable work environment by assisting in Cafeteria Management and Security Management
    • Coordinate with the external stakeholders and encourage supportive network

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Final Year Under Graduate/Fresh Graduate in HRM or Business Administration from a recognized University
  • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package
  • Ability to meet deadlines and eye to detail
