HR INTERN – TECHNICAL RECRUITMENTS
We are seeking for an Intern – Technical Recruitments to join our HR Team; to support build a strong tech talent pipeline. He/She will be required to assist in hiring skilled employees for our IT positions. The ideal candidate would also be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Coordinating with team leads on hiring needs.
- Sourcing and short-listing candidates based on job
- Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Scheduling physical and virtual interviews.
- Crafting and sending recruitment related emails to passive candidates.
- Reducing the recruitment cycle time and ensuring suitable professionals are attracted.
- Onboarding new hires.
- Maintaining the resume data base.
- Assisting in recruitment related documents.
- Promoting the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Following a degree/relevant qualification in Human Resources Management or IT.
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles would be an added advantage.
