The ideal candidates should

• Be between 20 – 26 years of age
• Be a student following PQHRM or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Possess good verbal & written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Be computer literate with sound knowledge in MS Office Package
• Be able to work under pressure / proactive & familiar with team approach
• Preference will be given to those who have experience in HR related activities & who have a passion to work in Human Resources
