Job Description


  • Acquiring knowledge on ITIL/DevOps practices and working closely with global Incident and Change Management teams to ensure faster service restoration and change enablement across the organization
  • Understanding of existing service management processes and supporting for improvement initiatives on Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management


  • Completed (or final year) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Business Process Engineering
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards of IT operations
  • Ability to work in Windows and Linux environments
  • Familiarity with basic Database and Networking concepts
  • Understanding of System Administration concepts
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
