Job Description

Work attributes and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or Trainee
  • Experience with networks (LAN, WAN, VPN) and patch management
  • Knowledge of database Installation/ backup/recovery (MS SQL)
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Attend all request/incidents comes through Helpdesk, telephones and verbally
  • Responsible for resolving all POS System, Servers, desktop, printers, scanners and mobile access issues
  • Installing Operating systems, applications, and required drivers on all kind of POS system, Severs
  • Must Travel to Customer locations and fix the customer complaints
  • Must Users Training on Customer Location or Remotely

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in computer Hardware/Networking or related field.
  • Working Under pressure and minimum Supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in database programming and software installation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Motorbike Driving License is Must
  • If you have Own motorbike, we will be given special preference

Candidates residing in Piliyandala, Maharagama, Kottawa, Homagama, Pannipitiya, Borelesgamuwa, Nugegoda, Dwhiwala area will be given preference
