We are looking for a dynamic individual with career aspiration to join with our E Commerce Team.

JOB ROLE

  • Attend to the calls received to the call center.
  • Support to the team Sales and Customer related issues.
  • Manage aftersales customer service and service arrangements for broken units.
  • Prepare quotations according to the customer requirements and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Attend to the inquiries related to customer deliveries and support.
  • Monitor received complaints on the call center and clear them on time.

JOB REQUIRNMENT

  • Fluency in English and Sinhala and good phone etiquette are absolute musts.
    (Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Degree/Professional Qualification from a recognized university/institute will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
