Job Description

Junior Executive – Customer Relations

Role and Responsibilities

  • Attending phone calls and make reservation for services/repairs.
  • Distributing daily service and repair bookings among the service supervisors to allocate technicians.
  • Preparing accident repair estimates with the support of Service Executive and coordinator.
  • Raise all invoices pertaining to the transections done in the workshop
    with regard to service and accident repairs.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from debtors.
  • Update client on work progress of accident repair and services with the support of service supervisors.
  • Building key relationships with the corporate clients.
  • Coordinate activities of the workshop with the view of increasing operational standards and quality delivered to customers.
  • Brief customers on job status and estimated completion time.
  • Implement company credit policy in relations to the service department.
  • Attend to customer grievances/corporate inquires & complaints with the assistance of technical staff.
  • Preparing reports pertaining to Service Department.

Qualifications and Educational requirements

  • GCE O/L
  • GCE A/L
  • Computer Literacy is essential with proof
  • Preferably o2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Wheeler Industry experience is an added advantage

  • Computer Literacy d. Ability to work long hours and weekends if required
  • Ability to work Methodically
