  • Being accountable on campaign execution while collaborating with relevant commercial teams in order to maintain seller engagement and ensure better prices and stocks.
  • Handle and coordinate the end-end operations from planning to implementation.
  • Regular auditing/monitoring of stock levels on key products and Sellers onsite to ensure better campaign results and customer experience.
  • Follow up and keep control whether the relevant products are strategically merchandised across the campaigns and Live-on Pages from the assigned category.
  • Monitor daily sales and analyse the performance in order to plan out strategies to drive sales in terms of relevant categories.
  • Deliver better weekly campaigns to ensure products are attractively presented across prime product locations.
  • Liaise with Relevant commercial, marketing teams and Traffic Ops team in order to deliver the optimum results.


  • A degree/diploma or professional qualification in Marketing or Merchandising.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and a commercial awareness of products.
  • Excellent Computer literate, Highly skilled at MS Office Packages
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala are must (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • A team player with proactive and reactive approaches
  • Detail-oriented & possess a data-driven personality who has ability to multitask and stick to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
