Job Description

WE ARE HIRING

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala is a must
  • Need to ride to the relevant places such as banks, Departments, and other important places.

Requirements:

  • Age between 20-25
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • G.C.E Ordinary Level with basic computer literacy
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • A driving License for Bikes is a must.

Work Hours – From 8.30pm to 5.00pm Work Days – Monday to Friday
