Primary Responsibility

  • To develop, implement and maintain measures of employee performance
  • To undertake analysis and produce recommendations to drive improvements in performance management
  • To contribute to the development of processes and the measurement thereof as required by the organization
  • To provide management information on a regular basis on performance monitoring, tracking and ratings, to assist in Strategic Decision Making in employee performance
  • To fully support and work closely with all stakeholders during the half year and Year end performance appraisal cycles
  • To maintain information systems using the appropriate in-house technology to enable effective performance management information collection and dissemination
  • Undertake special projects such as benchmarking with other relevant organizations to ensure the identification and adherence to good practices
  • Implementation & fine tuning of the Performance Management System that includes Performance Development Plans (PDPs)
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Be below 35 years of age
    • Possess a Degree/Diploma in HRM/Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    • Knowledge of and work-related experience of organizational performance management
    • Good working knowledge of statistic and information gathering techniques
    • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity
    • Possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala with interpersonal and influencing skills
    • Be computer literate in MS Office Packages with Excellent/Advanced spreadsheet skills
    • Be able to work under pressure / proactive & familiar with team approach
