We are looking for a Support Engineer to Our UK based software company located in Dehiwala.
- Answering the calls and taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
- Documenting, Troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Participation in providing training to customers as required.
- Client implementation and support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bsc IT Degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent IT qualification.
- Knowledge of Windows server and general desktop support issues.
- Motivated quick learner and hard working.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Should be able speak in Tamil.
- Willingness to work remotely when required and work in 24*7 rotating roster for UK calendar.
