Job Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer to Our UK based software company located in Dehiwala.


  • Answering the calls and taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
  • Documenting, Troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required.
  • Client implementation and support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bsc IT Degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent IT qualification.
  • Knowledge of Windows server and general desktop support issues.
  • Motivated quick learner and hard working.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Should be able speak in Tamil.
  • Willingness to work remotely when required and work in 24*7 rotating roster for UK calendar.
