GENERAL INSURANCE ASSISTANT-PEOPLE AND CULTURE (HUMAN RESOURCES)

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

We are seeking an individual who is aspired to excel in the field of People and Culture (Human Resources) by meeting the expectation of the management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange physical and virtual interviews.
  • Attend to completing the internal and external recruitment process inline with Company policies.
  • Complete and scan personal files.
  • Provide monthly updates for the payroll function.
  • Ensure the Issuance of appointment letters, contract renewal letters, transfer letters and any other letters in a timely manner.
  • Update the HR system/ database with new information and any other updates received.
  • Support the development plans assigned by the management.

LEVEL: ASSISTANT-FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Key requirements

  • GCE AL fully or partly qualified.
  • Good in MS Office package.
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) in Sinhala & English languages (Tamil will be a plus).
  • Self-motivated personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable in multi-tasking.
  • Possess a service-oriented mind-set.
