ASSISTANT-PEOPLE AND CULTURE (HUMAN RESOURCES)

LOCATION

HEAD OFFICE

We are seeking an individual who is aspired to excel in the field of People and Culture (Human Resources) by meeting the expectation of the management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange physical and virtual interviews.
  • Attend to completing the internal and external recruitment process inline with Company policies.
  • Complete and scan personal files.
  • Provide monthly updates for the payroll function.
  • Ensure the Issuance of appointment letters, contract renewal letters, transfer letters, and any other letters in a timely manner.
  • Update the HR system/database with new information and any other updates received.
  • Support the development plans assigned by the management.

LEVEL

ASSISTANT-FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Key requirements

  • GCE AL fully or partly qualified.
  • Good in MS Office package.
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) in Sinhala & English languages (Tamil will be a plus).
  • Self-motivated personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable in multitasking.
  • Possess a service-oriented mindset.
