Assistant Manager - Bulk Merchandising

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd as an Assistant Manager- Bulk Merchandising. This role requires close coordination with production, quality assurance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of bulk order fulfillment, from order placement to delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining alignment with production schedules.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Work closely with the production team to monitor progress and address any issues that may affect delivery timelines.
  • Ensure that production schedules align with order deadlines and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet the required standards before shipment. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Provide regular updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for bulk orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on order status, production progress, and delivery performance. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with customers. Assist in training and developing team members to improve their skills and performance.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the fabric industry.
  • Strong understanding of bulk merchandising processes and production cycles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
