Intern - Talent Engagement & Development

Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited - Casualwear - Ekala


As Intern - Talent Engagement & Development, you will be reporting to the Senior Executive - Talent Engagement & Development of the SBU. You will involve with Recruitment, HR Operations activities, and Learning & Development initiatives of the Executive & above cadre of the SBU.


  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding & offboarding activities Address employee queries pertaining to benefits
  • Assist with Learning & Development initiatives
  • Review and distribute employee documents in required formats
  • Complete Human Resources related documents and activities


  • Fresh Graduate in the field of Human Resources Management from a recognized university/institute
  • A dynamic, self-motivated individual, willing to take on challenges
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses a positive outlook
  • Methodical and good at prioritizing work under demanding circumstances
