Job Description: Personal Assistant
Position: Personal Assistant (4 Days a Week)
Salary: 60,000 LKR or more, based on competencies
Location: Southern part of Colombo (Moratuwa and Piliyandala)
Working Days: Wednesday to Saturday
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. This position requires managing the organization and tidiness of one office and two homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Tasks (Wednesday and Thursday) in Moratuwa:
- Organize the stationary and printer room
- Manage the selling goods inventory, shelves, and classification
- Maintain and organize the office kitchen
- Purchase missing items and maintain an inventory of everything needed to operate the business
Parent's House Tasks (Friday) in Piliyandala:
- Organize the medication rack
- Perform grocery shopping and organize the fridge and pantries
- Coordinate with the gardener and other workers
Owner's House Tasks (Saturday) in Piliyandala:
- Organize and classify the home office
- Organize and classify kitchen pantries, cupboards, etc.
- Coordinate with workers
- Perform grocery shopping and other purchases
- Maintain house inventories
Requirements:
- High level of organization
- Basic computer skills (label printing, follow-ups with delivery companies and suppliers)
- Fluent in English and Sinhala for making phone calls
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Residing in the southern part of Colombo (Moratuwa, Piliyandala, or nearby areas)
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
