JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - IT APPLICATION SUPPORT (Colombo 04)
THE PROFILE
- Provide first level support.
- System / end user issue reporting and following up using Issue tracker system.
- Performing routing health checks on system.
- Performing application configuration changes
- Release system deployments
- Co-ordination with all internal and external vendors.
- Provide management reports
THE PERSON
- Completion or Reading IT-Related Diploma.
- IT related working experience (minimum 1 Year) would be an added advantage.
- Must be a strong multi-tasker.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong prioritizing skills and ability to work towards deadlines/milestones.
- Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
