Operations Executive
We are a maritime services provider with a clientele from Europe to the Far East. We are looking for an Operations Executive to join the team to support our operations team. We are looking for an agile, motivated, enthusiastic candidate with leadership qualities.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in handling a similar job role.
- Age below 30 years.
- Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and Email.
- English - working knowledge to read & write.
- Proficiency in Ship Agency Services in relation to port formalities will be an added advantage. Shoulc possess a valid motorcycle license(optional).
- Should be able to work extended hours/night shifts if required.
The role requires the candidate to meet with port, customs, and immigration officials and from time to time attend to field work such as visiting ports, airports, etc.
