- Single Point of Contact assistance for End User Support
- Provides a first contact resolution wherever possible
- Clarifies and documents the issues with customers
- IT diploma from a recognized Institute.
- GCE A/L with minimum 3 passes.
- Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
- Ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Effectively manages customer expectation
- Responds to customer requests and queries
- Handling Vendor related issues reported
- Analyze resolutions against service level agreements of vendors
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation or equal IT Service Management Services.
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in leading organization.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good customer Service skills
- A strong team player with dedication and the ability to learn fast.
- Willing to work after office hours including weekends & holidays when required.
