CA Sri Lanka is seeking an outstanding professional with a high level of responsibility, dedication, competence, confidence, drive and adaptability to take over the above position.
HEAD OF BUSINESS SCHOOL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving the delivery of MBA programme, Postgraduate Diploma and the Short courses to the target groups. Lead the Business School goals in developing and delivering strategic programmes and leading campaigns to maximize the demand for these programmes.
- Build up market needs and develop marketable world-class training programmes to attract students, and increase the number of students enrolling for the qualifications
- Build strong links with reputed world class organizations and business schools.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree from a recognized university or full qualification from a professional body. Preference will be given to those who have acquired a Masters Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferable in administering executive education programmes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills together with sound IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be a creative thinker and excellent team player
- Age - Preferably below 50 years
