INVESTMENT ANALYST
Job Profile / Main Responsibilities :
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following broad tasks:
- Analysis, review and valuation of companies and securities
- Advise on capital structure, nature of securities and financial restructuring
- Preparation of Information Memorandums/Prospectuses for capital raising
- Structure and manage of Initial Public Offerings and Private Placements of Equity and Debt
- Manage mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Trading of corporate debt and equity securities
- Provide other advisory services
Applicant's Profile :
- Be less than 40 years of age
- A graduate in Finance, Portfolio Management, Accountancy or Economics with a first or second class or should be an associate member of CIMA or ACCA or a CFA charterholder
- Preferably with three (03) or more years experience directly related to the above-mentioned job Profile
- A self-motivated individual with analytical and presentation skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A High Performer with an outgoing personality
