We are a branch office of a Group of Companies based in USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND handling Airline Sales, Ticketing & Reservations.

Executive Business development & Operations (Female)

Profile:

  • Pro-active communication with partners in your region by telephone and by internal messaging to assist with the development and expand the OTA by convincing the partners to provide attractive packages to be published.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of partners, while being the first point of contact, answering questions and following up when needed.
  • A profound knowledge in understanding digital marketing statistics while being able to create attractive presentations to be used for sales pitching.
  • Ability to coordinate with 3rd party partners involved in the business processes and ensuring they maintain deadlines for projects.
  • Responsible for maintaining a stable relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. frequent performance calls and contact to ensure they offer the B2C customers the best availability and competitive pricing)
  • Be knowledgeable on feathers and products offered on the OTA so that their benefits and usage can be explained to Partners.
  • Identify opportunities for partners that will help improve the business by using its internal segmentation to prioritize them.
  • Help identifying new potential partner leads while convincing them to get onboard.
  • Responsible for taking Customer Service escalations which relate to their managed portfolio and solving these in the most efficient manner for the business, partner and customer.
  • Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners. Also expected to attend and participate in the partner events for their managed portfolio
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing in a travel agency or an OTA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and passion towards working the travel tourism industry is a must.
  • Well versed with productivity tools - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
