We are looking for a top HR professional to join us as Executive and fine-tune our HR strategies to make us future proof.
You must
- Process a specialized degree in Human Resource Management.
- Have over 5 years of hands-on Senior management experience in Human Resource function in a large or a mid-size organization.
- Have handled setting up HR policies and practices covering Recruitment, Remunerations, Incentive schemes, Benefit schemes, Job grading, Job designing and Talent development & Management, Employee Engagement etc.
- Have experience in implementing ICT based HR systems and managing change.
- Have Professional with good commercial sense.
- Have above written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven leadership capabilities.
- Have experience in integrating HR functions and HRIS.
