Responsibilities
- Create architecture plans and communicate vision to various stakeholders
- Guide implementation of back-end architecture and framework, and understand frontend frameworks, including AngularJS
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning
- Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs
- Oversee, maintain, and support the production, staging, and testing environments
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust applications

Candidate Profile
- 1 – 5+ years of experience in Java Programming
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
- Should have strong work experience on Core Java, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, EJB
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts
- Experience in at least one of the popular RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
- Good understanding in unit and integration test scripts
- Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Should have hands-on experience on Web Development
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Configuration Controller report creation
- Ensure designs follow specifications. Version Management as per the project requirements
- Developing software applications according to the quality standards followed by the Company
- Minimum of 2 years managing a team of 4 or more developers. (For TLs)
