JUNIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE - MOTOR CLAIMS
Job Scope:
Responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting to monitor, supervise and process claims and recoveries
- Liaising with customers, handle customer inquiries, timely follow up
- Checking Motor claim liability and preparing claim calculations
- Gathering information & maintaining claim files under safe custody uring the corre assigned
- Updating the system with relevant information
- Performing other responsibilities and duties periodically business requirements
Applicant Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L Examination
- Part professional qualification in Insurance from a recognized insurance body (an added advantage)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in handling motor claims in a reputable Insurance company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to details and ability to work with strict dead lines
- A positive attitude towards Customer service with self motivation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills (Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Fluency with numerics and ability to work with Microsoft Excel ed advantage) Ltd.
