Who We’re Looking For:

We’re not just looking for a candidate; we’re looking for a game-changer who possesses:

  • Proven Expertise: Over 10 years of senior management experience in international sales in retail.
  • Global Insight: A deep understanding of and/or experience in overseas markets, e-commerce and distributor networks, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business landscapes.
  • Strategic Vision: In-depth knowledge and experience of retailer and consumer insights to enable innovative strategies in developed and developing regional markets are a very important prerequisite.
  • Leadership Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, manage and grow a team of International Sales Managers and Business Development Managers while fostering collaboration and results.
  • Passion & Drive: An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong and positive focus on matching opportunities between company products, concepts and consumer segments.
  • Analytical Prowess: Above-average educational qualifications, excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with modern CRM systems/platforms and business development tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cultural Alignment: An understanding of our company philosophy, with a commitment to adapting, improving and expanding our reach globally.
