SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plans for various brands.
  • Achieve Monthly Sales target.
  • Develop Innovative Strategies to meet Customer needs.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Maintain Strong relationship with Customers.
  • Prepare marketing reports, sales advertisements, and oversee other promotional activities.
  • Devise strategies for designated brands to enhance sales growth and ensure sustained progress.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Age below 45 years.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or CIM/ SLIM full or Part Qualified.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the similar capacity.
  • Sound knowledge about product Management and Presentation Skills.
  • Results oriented and strong interpersonal skills with analytical mindset.
  • Proven Track records of achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working Closely with Customers and Generate new Business.
  • Strong Organizational/ Multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Handle Inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Age below 35 years.
  • Have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
  • Diploma /CIM qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience as a Sales Executive.
