SALES EXECUTIVE - MICE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - MICE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) sector, promoting our venue to potential clients, and ensuring high-quality event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct outgoing sales visits to meet potential clients and present our MICE offerings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Handle all aspects of MICE sales, including proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the property at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MICE sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable event experiences.
