Executive - Human Resources
Job Role:
The ideal candidate should have exposure on the employee on-boarding to off-boarding processes with experience on the initiation and execution of Performance Management and Probation evaluation processes. He/she should be detail oriented with sound analytical skills with the ability to conduct in depth analysis of HR related data.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Business Administration.
- Exposure and knowledge on Performance Management cycle with 2 years of working experience.
- Self motivated with the ability to work as a team to achieve team goals and deadlines.
- Sound knowledge on MS Office packages including Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge on data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
