We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible to carry out Contract Management for all the contracts in procurement department and coordinates among the procurement team and legal department for verification and execution of all such contracts. Also he/she needs to ensure the operational contract feasibility, Manage and optimize the contracts during their lifetime and contribute to the efficiency of Purchase to Pay process.
Responsibilities:
Contracts Initiation, Deployment & Management
- Contribute to contracts amendment and improvements together with the buyers
- Maintain contract data base track expirations and remind buyers/stakeholders on time to initiate renewals
- Review Contracts at defined threshold for correct and accurate clauses
- Liaise with Legal Department to obtain correct templates of contracts as applicable and link with buyers
- Administrate the contracts once finalized by the buyers
- Deploy the contracts from supplier creation till payment of first invoice together with buyers
- Make administrative/ repository management of contracts into given tools and monitor alerts.
- Maintain necessary tracking files for contract management
Contracts Pilotage
- Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to optimize the use of the contract and operational efficiency Check right application of contract clauses
- Consolidate claims and solve / ensure solving and closure.
- Respect Group requirements: quality, Corporate Social Responsibility, Michelin/Camso Purchasing principles
- Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- B.SC or Business Management Degree inclusive of Law as a subject / Diploma in Law / Attorney at Law
- A degree or Diploma in Accounting /purchasing / Commercial Law form a recognized institute will be an added advantage Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in legal aspects, Contract management and Contract clause negotiations Experience in Purchasing and ERP (SAP) system will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English language with good writing skills and comprehensive communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
