EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources Team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll Management
- Leave and attendance Management
- Handling the staff onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Maintaining the HRIS with accuracy
- Ensure all performance evaluations/ reviews are completed within the stipulated time frame
- Maintain HR records according to required standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Should have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, in a similar capacity
- Qualified/ part qualified in HRM from a recognized institute
- Well-versed in Labour laws and their practical application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
