Executive - Bancassurance
The Job Scope:
- Responsibilities of the above job role will include but are not limited to the following;
- The successful candidates will be responsible for servicing existing business portfolios, securing new businesses and presenting an excellent image of the Company to Banks, Leasing & Finance Companies, and all the company's stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Approaching State & Private Banks and Financial Institutions to secure new businesses through strong relationships and achieving Alternate Channel business targets.
- Maintaining Excellent customer service to clients of Banks / Financial Institutions and their staff.
- Servicing existing business portfolio and following up on renewals for general insurance business
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Diploma in Sales or Marketing/ Business Management / Banking would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Insurance Sales/ Bank or Finance Company
- Proven track record in Sales in building interpersonal relationships
- Strong presentation skills & being an effective Team Player
- Effective communication skills in Sinhala/ Tamil and English language
