Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare classic and innovative cocktails to the highest standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Manage bar inventory to maintain availability and quality of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area.
- Operate bar tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with the team to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Professional training with at least 2 years experience as a bartender or mixologist in a luxury star-class hotel or upscale hospitality setting, locally or overseas.
- Expertise in mixology, including drink preparation techniques, classic cocktails, modern trends, and a strong understanding of alcoholic beverages.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
- Committed to food safety and hygiene practices.
