Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Human Resources Management:

    Design, implement, and oversee the Strategic HR Plan in alignment with the Corporate Strategic and Business Plan, ensuring all HR initiatives and policies support and drive the organization’s long-term objectives and growth strategies.

  • Human Capital Development:

    Drive the development of the Company’s human capital to meet current and future strategic business needs by identifying and bridging competency gaps through targeted HRD and HCD strategies and interventions.

  • Performance Management:

    Administer the Company’s Employee Performance Management System while designing and implementing performance management strategies to promote and reinforce a high-performance culture aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Employee Career Development:

    Design and implement employee career development strategies that support individual career aspirations and organizational growth. Oversee the staff promotion process and provide mentoring and coaching to support employees’ career progression and self-development initiatives.

  • Succession Planning & Talent Management:

    Lead the execution of succession planning strategies to identify and develop high-potential talent for key leadership roles. Manage the talent pipeline by implementing effective talent management initiatives that ensure business continuity and long-term organizational capability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in Human Resources Management/Business Administration and/or full professional qualification in HRM from a recognized Institute.
  • A Master’s Degree in relevant discipline would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Management Level or at least 8 years of Managerial experience in the field of HRDBP/HRD/HCD.
  • Professional qualifications in TD/HRD/Competency Mapping would be an added value.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound Business Communication/Presentation/Training Skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
