Business Development Executive
Balanita Pvt Ltd – a leader in cloud platforms and software services – is seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the role of Business Development Executive to drive software subscription sales, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across local and international markets.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct virtual/physical product demos and software consultations with potential clients.
- Develop proposals and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and regularly update records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in software sales, client relationship management.
- Professional / Academic qualification in Sales, Marketing, IT, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first approach.
- Proficient in CRM tools, PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
