JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer support, preferably in a service-oriented company, with exposure to sales interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.
Salary Range - LKR 75,000 - LKR 80,000
