We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team in Volt Apparels (Private) Limited Located in Maharagama. A fully owned subsidiary of Cool Planet (Private) Limited for below mention position.
Job Profile
- Compare and checking accuracy of invoice/packing list/ purchase order of receiving materials.
- Materials Issuing
- Day to day updating the stocks through MR, GRN, Material Return in Excel file & update bin card on daily basis.
- Physical reconciliation of stock balance in every weekend and month end in a systematic method.
- Update stock report in time like raw materials, semi-finished, finished, consumable, spare parts & stationary etc.
- Keep all store related documents in easy & accessible identified area.
- Maintain the minimum material requirement at any time
Candidate Criteria
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position preferably in a garment factory.
- Partly qualified or reading Warehouse /Supply Chain management would be an added advantage.
- Age between 25-35 years
- Ability to work well in both team oriented and self-driven environment.
- Knowledge in book keeping and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure
